GURU (Graphical User Reporting Utility) was developed to report on what customers are buying and from which stores. Matrix allows you to capture customer information at the Point of Sale. This can be achieved in several ways, e.g. manually keyed or by 'swiping' a customer loyalty card. All of the sales information is passed to GURU for enquiries and reporting.

GURU is a very powerful and flexible reporting tool that is invaluable when it comes to producing a mailshot for future promotions etc. The following reports are available:-

Customer Reports (detailed and summary)
Customer Ranking Report
Customer Sales by Supplier
Sales by Brand / Card Number (value and quantity)
Sales by Brand / Date (value and quantity)
Movement Sales Report
Sales by Brand (value and quantity)

All reports can be filtered using the SQL builder. This allows you to define exactly what is to be printed. For example, if a sales promotion of a particular brand of mens fashion was to be held at one store, it would be possible to print all male customers who have purchased that brand, from that store, in the last 12 months.
