Profile has the following benefits:-

• Organises documents into a simple file structure
• Search for documents by Title, Operator, Author, Date etc.
• Print search results (detailed or summary)
• Save / recall search criteria
• Option to specify a date to delete the document
• Ability to open non-profiled documents
• Preview / Open documents from search screen

Profile has an administrator screen for maintenance functions. This can be installed onto as many PC's as required. This allows administrators to maintain Areas, Authors, Divisions, Document Types and WP Operators.

Deleting old documents couldn't be simpler. A single document can be deleted or many documents can be removed by using the delete routine. The delete routine allows you to specify an area (e.g. Accounts) or select all areas. The documents awaiting deletion are listed with the option to print a report before removing them.
