Profile has an administrator screen for maintenance functions. This can be installed onto as many PC's as required. This allows administrators to maintain Areas, Authors, Divisions, Document Types and WP Operators. Deleting old documents couldn't be simpler. A single document can be deleted or many documents can be removed by using the delete routine. The delete routine allows you to specify an area (e.g. Accounts) or select all areas. The documents awaiting deletion are listed with the option to print a report before removing them. Reports available from the Administrator screen:-
